Artificial Intelligence and Performing ArtsApril 2019

These days, artificial intelligence, AI, is on the lips of everyone – but what is AI actually, and how can the technology be included in performing arts productions? These questions will be the focal point for this seminar, which will run over three days in the spring at Catch in Elsinore. The ideas and results will be presented at Click Festival 2019 the 18th – 19th of May.

Seminar days:

29th of April: Introduction to AI and performing arts

30th of April: Presentation of participant’s individual ideas and feedback

13th of May: Preparation of concepts for Click Festival

The results will be presented at an AI session at Click Festival 2019, where the participants will get the opportunity to present and discuss their own ideas and concepts. Click Festival is from from the 18th the 19th of May. Exact schedule for the AI session will be online soon.

Your teachers during the seminar are Majken Overgaard, programme manager at Catch, and artist Christoffer Thon from Thon Labs. The seminar is arranged in collaboration with Udviklingsplatformen for Scenekunst. Find more information about the seminar and sign up here.
