Elsinore Municipality has recently initiated a development process in this area to create new cultural activities, a safer environment and a higher community engagement.

The project involved the subjects IT and Design and the students worked with a user focused design process in order to develop prototypes for light installations to create a visual identity and new cultural landmarks in the area as well as a stronger feeling of safety. The individual projects were documented and shown at an exhibition at the Library in Abildgården from January 18 to mid-February 2018.
